Our Ambika Guardians are security minded individuals who are provided with an affordable, flexible, and shared living space in exchange for safeguarding otherwise vacant buildings from squatters, anti-social behavior, and vandalism.

The people who will live in and care for your property are in full time employment and the majority: have a Security background, have worked in the Military, Blue Light Services or are Martial Arts trained.
3.All of our Guardians complete a mandatory Fire Marshals’ course.
With our additional security training they’re enabled to act swiftly and effectively in the event of a break in or attack on your property. This is what makes them more than your average property guardian – their primary role is to protect your asset!

HOW IT WORKS
Property risk assessment and quote. Contract agreed.
Property security management established on the same day.
That day we may install a security team at no cost to you until the residential security Guardians are in situ.
Within 5-7 days the property is occupied by the highly-trained and fully vetted Guardian team. It’s your decision whether or not to keep an additional SIA security presence or not.
Only 28 days notice is required to hand back the property to you
